1) Wowee lagi 7 days.. fuiyoo fuiyoo.. tapi kenapekah saye rase relax sgt ni? padehal satu baju pun blom siap fitting lagi, anak² tudung, brooches blom ade, list lagu² nak main time wedding blom ada, brg² nak letak dlm boxes utk guest blom ade, baju for flower girl blom beli anddd brg hantaran tak habis beli lagi haha (errr ade kad kahwen yg blom post lagi huhu)

2) sbb dah lambat.. macam tak sempat je nak gi facial or spa or ape².. redha je laa

3) nak gi hair saloooooon .. dah serabai .. tapi cam malas nak drive gi mane²

4) went to Yayee and Bojed's solemnization this afternoon.. congrats dear !! Yg penting, dah selamat sume...ko tau tak aku and liyana nak gi umah ko lalu depan kambing² yg sgt byk haha

Of hen party and wedding preps

• my lovelies friends organized a karaoke + hen night last friday.. menyanyi sepenuh jiwa raga for more than 5hrs ranging from the "ultra" famous song Abalamba(??) by Aishah to the classic one Selamat Pengantin Baru, and some of rempit songs in between haha.. Zeff dear, u really should see your futur wife merempit "hingga ke akhirrr hayyyyyaaat" with no other than Fg.. and you should see her face when some of my frens got mistaken peterpan with sO7 ..hahahaha.. thanks a trillion girls for the night and the pressies :) anyway some pictures tak perlu la ditunjuk kat sini utk menjaga tatasusila warga melayu haha

• anywaySSS, went to the hotel to finalize things like color coordination, ice carving.. etc..and i loooveee my wedding cakes !!! hope it turn out good on that nite... bknnye sume boleh makan pun kot before that buy some rosette ribbons for the usherer, MCs, and pengapits..haiyo usherers sikit punye byk padahal guests bkn byk pun since the ballroom is quite small...

• my frens will sit in front of the dais and near the bride and groom's entrance so senang nak take pictures..

ok voila voilou ... btw faizal, kitorang blom kawen lg laaa haha camane la boleh salah dgr.. rase nye ulang² kali aku cakap wedding date aku bile :)

Home Sweet Home

Safely touched down at KLIA on wednesday around 9.30 am.. my 12:00 flight on tuesday from paris was delayed over more than 2 hours due to foggy condition.. visibility estimation due to that was only about 50m .. so I had to wait at CDG airport staring at more than 40 students from australia tergedik2 in front of me.. alaaa

orait.. how could i recapitulate my trip to paris ??

• i was in the best group ever.. miss some of them already..and i might not be able to see them again....as some of them live in panama, la havane, madagascar, cairo, san paolo etc etc
  
• it was damn cold in paris ! snowed once when i was there


• bought few stuffs for hantaran :) thanks to rod for accompanying me all over paris! miss u lah girl


• met some of my juniors over there


• special thanks to rod and faizal for their hospitality.. insyaAllah will visit u soon with zeff or else do come over to our condo when u go back to msia this summer
  

On another note, when to Jarumas today for the dress fitting.. :) love the dress... just need to alter very few parts and im done with my nikah dress

i have two receptions + 1 nikah ceremony.. my guest for home's reception would be around 600 ONLY. Now my father asks the caterer to double the number of guests!! okayyyy

more guests = more souvenirs to buy + more decorations + more time consuming + have to order more cardss!!!! like 2 weeks before the day aiyaaaaa

ps: should i go for a facial??? takut x suit la with the products.. how ah??

U tau tak... i kan blur² kadang tuh.. normally when i go out from the metro station, i quickly go back to my hotel without looking around kiri kanan kedai ape ade etc.. anddd tadi i dont know why, tibe² rase nak tgk ade apa kat area tuh.. laaaa baruuu sedar actually kluar² aje metro ade one bigggg mcD kat kanan i and ade monoprix kat kiri..and also starbucks

so instead of going back to hotel, i jalan² area² bastille tuh baru laa perasan .. after monoprix tu, the wholeeee streeett penuh dgn boutique² camane la i tak perasan.. sume ade sephora, fnac, gap etc etc even habitat! i nearly bought une horloge kat habitat tp fikir due kali becoz die tak as jolie as the one we saw kat lille tu and somemore its a bit pricey laa.. and then i pun jalan² lagi masuk maison du monde.. ahaha i beli qqs déco pour notre cuisine + la porte d'entrée + apron! hahaha.. ohh ade lg another déco pour la cuisine... ok la tu

sambil² jalan tuh i perasan laa bykkk sgt resto ade kebab, ade subway etc etc.. and i masuk kat kedai sushi ni.. 6 grandddd maki(sushi) pour 5 EUR and one bigggg bowl of riz au curry¨+crevettes pour 3 EUR .. ca va kan?? so now t'inkiète pas je mange très voir superr bien ici.. g peur la fitting nanti x muat camane eh??

et voilaaa esok i jalan² lagi la area ni.. dahla dekattt aje dgn hotel tp i yg malas nak tgk² kiri kanan..:) :)

skang dalam bilik kat paris, tgh curik² internet connection from café kat bawah ni dahla laju gile.. orait.. paris sejuk tapi boleh la tahann lg..ive told fiji tadi, aku x pakai boot ke sport shoes . i wear the SAME kasut keje kat mesia.. but gi paris time winter 0°C ni ahahaha.. tapi ok lg kene pakai long john due lapis hahahah .. 2 lapis tuhh tak penah² aku buat selama ni.. oh btw selama ni kat france boleh bilang baper kali pakai long john ni.. ni sampai 2 lapis..

orait beb nak kene mandi... perlu ke? im sure gi training nanti boleh kire je baper org mandi dalam kelas... haha

im leaving to paris tonight.. fligtht at 11pm. Have lots of things to do, really nih bkn time aku nak sronok² gi sane. but hey, ade pros and cons btw

Pros
- Except for my training, weekend boleh jalan², now kan dekat xmas, sure champs elysees tgh cantik with decorations and all
- For once, dapatla relax sikit from this wedding preps
- ohh dapat makan croissant panas² sedappp
- check² barang hantaran perhaps ??
- jumpe balik some of juniors kat sane..

Cons
- Kesian my mom byk kene settlekan bende² nak beli on my behalf..
- Kerja kat office byk blom siap!
- Takut terspend byk.. now its not the moment nak shopping²
- Sejukkk i taknak demam² but dah kene inject dah last week.. embassy suruh takut sakit nanti
- tolonggg la balik ni muke i tak naik ruam² merah² ke ape...
- nanti lamaaa x jumpe zeff :(

2. Daftar Kahwin kat Pej Agama, submit semua document/borang --> i just did the hiv test.. didnt go to see the jurunikah, pej agama etc etc with wali/saksi .. so i dont really know about the progress, hope that its done by now
3. Kad Jemputan --> done
a. Stem, envelope etc --> done
b. Senarai Jemputan --> done for 10th jan, reception on 3rd jan not ready yet
4. Booking Dewan (kalau buat kat dewan book 4 bulan b4 kenduri dan bayar deposit) --> ok

uishhh cepat gilee rasenye.. and i just realized that my last reception, 10 jan 09 is exactly 5 months after our engagement day.. haha baru perasan..

tadi baru balik jumpe our videographer sume nak submit photo.. boleh die kate ohh normally gamba org send dalam 50++ .. haha ok la tuh kitorang nak kasi around 180++ mane nak buang lagi 130++ tu pun dah puas tapis² pics kitorang ... anywayS finally lepas tolak² mane² pic, ade la tinggal 66 je.. seriously cannot go down to 50 .. nih dah habis pilih dah ni haha..

dah send sume gamba baru laa teringat ade gamba makhluk ni lupeee nak letak.. gamba Nemo !!

Photo Video Montage

im off to johor to accompany the EU diplomats from Singapore on Dec 3rd and 4th .. luckily our Economic Counsellor can finally join me to the trip.. boleh aje gi sorang but its just that i have never met all the reps from french embassy kat spore tu.. other diplomats from other EU countries jgn harapla i nak kenal.. ANYWAYS(zeff punye style cakap), ill go to paris for a training next saturday.. and seriously there are still tonnes of things to be settled, like Pelamin!! x jumpe² lg.. of course ade byk wedding planner but have to find one yg suit my budget la kan.. And now im very bz with this photo video montage for my reception .. Seriously its not an easy job as we have like thousands!! of photos together.. we will insert two songs sepanjang the montage.. but we still can't decide for the first song.. we want something catchy, fast track song, something like Accidentally in Love.. tp lagu tu dah baanayyakk sgt org pakai for photo montage.. at least as far as i know la.. ape eh lagu korang fikir yg best?? Luckily I finally decided not to do the montage on my own.. mmg takde mase..

Something to ponder

I went to KK Rawang to do my HIV test yesterday..compulsory for every couple who will get married in selangor and several states.. i think those in KL, it will soon to be compulsory.. and another thing, if you are following the "normal" procedure heheh you have to complete your HIV test first before proceeding to the next step, to get the approval from jurunikah etc etc.

Anyway, had to wait for more than 90 minutes to get to my turn.. and of course im done in less than 5 minutes...cucuk kat jari je btw.. thats not actually the whole story.. i went to this KK stands for Klinik Kesihatan Rawang for the first time, oh and if you are wondering why i did my test there, actually u can only go to those certified klinik² kerajaan only.. the counter open at 2pm every thursday.. i arrived there slightly before 2..but there was a already a longgg q to get the number. I saw a lot of people, I would say more than 60% looked like they were my grandmom's age..I hope they didnt come here alone all by themselves.. but i didnt see anyone accompagny them.. When they went to the pharmacy counter, the nurses had to explain not twice but at least 4 to 5 times to them "Makcik makan ni before lunch..blablabla" .. And of course some of them took a number but didnt alert of their turn.. the nurses had to call their names few times..

Seriously, chapeau bas for those doctors/nurses/pharmacists who work at these klinik kerajaan......

ok.. a few weeks after the proposal, zeff's family came to my house for a merisik ceremony takyah tanye pun aku setuju ahah.. it was really meant to be a merisik ceremony ONLY although err ade khemah sebiji, caterer for the day, IMAM for my district, and oh yes baju i yg terlebih over for a merisik..ok per ahah.. so actually u guys can refer to these blogs as well http://wenkt.com/blog/?p=1971 and http://jomcakap.blogspot.com/2008/08/merisik-ke-bertunang.html .. but okla here's my side of the story ...

zeff''s family was supposed to come around 10.30am and then 10.10 mcm tuh, my mom suddenly entered my room and said "Imam kate, alang² tunang terus lah" haha i didnt object ke ape yelahh bukan tibe² suruh kawen dgn Nepal worker sebelah umah aku ke ape ... so I quicky called zeff who was of course on the way to my house already.. my mom kate ala takpe ni "tunang cakap" as of course we only prepared 3 hantarans from both sides. But, overall everything went smoothly or too smoothly I must say as they discussed all (the tentative date, the hantaran, etc) in less than 15 minutes! Luckily Farina darling managed to finish my make up on time, and I still could put on lotion on my left finger before I "slowly" walked down the stairs. Oh yes, those who know me taulah I walk quite or very fast..

And another thing, my mom took my proposal ring to be presented as merisik ring, and my supposed to be merisik ring was upgraded to an engagement ring.. luckily we didnt buy a typical cincin belah rotan for merisik.. we bought a ring with Amethyst stone on it (or is it emerald?). Anddd to complete the kelam-kabutness of the day, both rings fit properly my LEFT finger only..though the engagement ring can fit my right finger with a little bit of difficulty...but I did mention that I only put on lotion on my left finger.. so when zeff's mom wanted to slip in both engagement and merisik ring, I cepat² tunjuk my left jari manis haha.. and I still got time to explain "oh aunty actually both rings are only meant for my left finger..blablabla"...

ok then as usual, we had a lunch at my house, food was great, caterer of the day was from my father's company's very own canteen.. although i didnt really fancy the tent, but its just a minor detail...

so now I have these two accessories that I treasure the most.. though I seldom put on those rings but Im very happy that after more than 7 years, we have taken our relationship to another level ... :) merci à ma famille, celle de zeff and my dayangs of the day, Fg and Ya ...

well, both of us dah kerja now.. sure dah tau kot kat mane? im driving now haha rawang-jln ampang everyday..oh before tuh ive bought a car, first time bayar byk² for down payment..
andddd yesss the most important thing is we got engaged on 10 August 2008... nanti next post i'll blog about it :) :)
